Emmy The Great, quite possibly folk music's favourite female (sorry Lisa Hannigan) has chosen to stream her new album ‘Virtue’ online. The ten-track LP, which is the follow-up to her 2009 debut release ‘First Love’ is scheduled for release in the UK on June 13th.

The tracklisting for Jay-Z and Kanye West’s joint album ‘Watch The Throne’ has leaked online. The record has been in the pipeline for over a year now, as the duo have recorded tracks at various studios over the globe. Although no release date has been confirmed as of yet, the official tracklisting would suggest that a date will be confirmed in the near future.

Sean Kingston could be facing a fine of up to $32,500 (£20,000) after his serious jet ski accident in Miami last week, according to reports. Local authorities are said to be investigating whether or not the accident has upset local wildlife and are considering claiming for damages, according to TMZ.

Duran Duran have postponed the remaining dates of their 'All You Need Is Now' UK tour, after the first seven dates were postponed due to illness to lead singer Simon Le Bon. Now, the entire UK tour along with the group's visit to mainland Europe is postponed.

Gwen Stefani has announced that she will be calling it a day on her solo career in order to focus on her role as vocalist in No Doubt. During a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, the ‘Hollaback Girl’ singer claimed that her solo career was simply “a moment in time”, but said that she would now be committing her creative energies completely to No Doubt.

The youngest Aussie band to turn 10 years old, in 2011 The Cat Empire celebrate the 10th anniversary of their first show together. In an industry where few bands survive beyond the first album, if even making it that far, 10 years is a big achievement. Considering they are still all under the age of 30, and have consolidated themselves as a world class touring act, it's outstanding.
